Whether you’re listing items or using community spaces on Plastic Bank, discrimination is not allowed. Examples of prohibited behaviour on Plastic Bank include, but are not limited to:
- Refusal of service based on membership in one or more protected group
- Derogatory or demeaning remarks against protected groups listed above
- Racial slurs
- Posts that support or glorify current or historical hate groups
If you think discrimination has occurred on Plastic Bank, please report it by e-mailing dispute-resolution@plasticbank.com and we will investigate. If you see a listing on Plastic Bank which you believe violates Plastic Bank‘s Prohibited Items Policy, we encourage you to flag the item by e-mailing dispute-resolution@plasticbank.com. We have a timely review process for all reports.
